The role

You will supervise event-day zones, brief teams and make informed operational decisions that keep guests moving safely and comfortably.

What you'll do

Brief and deploy crowd-management teams against approved operating plans.
Monitor guest flow, queues and access points, escalating incidents promptly.
Record shift activity and contribute to post-event operational reviews.

What you bring

3+ years in event operations, hospitality, security or crowd management.
Clear communication, sound judgment and confidence leading front-line teams.
Flexible availability for shifts, weekends and travel within Saudi Arabia.
