The role
You will own the complete project journey for major events, translating ambitious ideas into clear plans, accountable teams and memorable audience experiences.
What you'll do
- Build delivery plans, budgets, schedules and risk registers for concurrent workstreams.
- Lead client communication and coordinate creative, technical, production and venue partners.
- Direct on-site delivery and close projects with accurate reporting and lessons learned.
What you bring
- 7+ years of project leadership experience, including large live events.
- Strong commercial judgment, stakeholder management and written communication.
- Professional Arabic and English; availability for event-period travel.
